1. Internal System Scope & Authorized Use

MC Portal (sso.mehrconsultancy.com) is a private, internal identity provider and single sign-on (SSO) system operated by Mehr Consultancy. Access is restricted exclusively to authorized employees, hotel managers, contractors, and designated partners. Public registration is disabled; all user accounts are provisioned and managed by system administrators.

2. Information We Collect and Process

To provide authentication, role-based access control, and connected application features, the portal processes:

• Account Profile: Name, work email address, role, and administrator-assigned access grants.
• Google Workspace Integration: For provisioned employees, tokens enabling authorized synchronization with business tools (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Contacts) for CRM and operational workflows.
• Security Logs: Authentication events, IP addresses, session state, and security audit logs to protect enterprise infrastructure.

3. Data Usage, Sharing & Protection

Data is strictly used for internal authentication, authorization, and business operations. Mehr Consultancy does not sell, rent, or monetize employee or user data, nor is data shared with unauthorized third parties or advertisers. All tokens and credentials are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS channels and stored in protected enterprise databases with strict access controls.
